Company Background: The client has a start up boutique brokerage firm and is looking to leverage the existing infrastructure to maximize returns and have strategic controlled employee growth. The company has struggled to identify and hire brokers who work effectively and produce results. Indicative of a small start up firm, the principals were required to work on parallel critical paths to establish the business, manage day to day operations, coach and manage their brokerage staff and continue to generate revenue from their own client base.
